We specialise in the production of high temperature PTFE belts & sealing presses.PTFE coated glass and aramid, closed and open mesh, endless or with a joint.
PTFE belts from less than 1″ to over 200 inches wide and unlimited in length. From 3 thou (0,08 mm) single ply up to over 80 thou (2 mm) thick laminates. Innovatively engineered from fabric to specific laminated films.
We engineer and fabricate our own presses for sealing PTFE belts. Small lightweight presses to join a belt in less than one hour, or high quality step presses to make the best non-marking joint available. Our presses are equipped with our EasyWeldingSystem that allows everyone to make a perfect joint without training.
